There are 2 popular Deployment models entertained at the enterprise level.  The Big Bang approach although very popular has to be planned down to the last detail as it entails integration & testing as a single unit.  The Phased approach takes on a more centric deployment taking into account for example regions or branches, customer segments, legacy systems & products in its deployment model.  Both have their place, and there is also an argument for a hybrid model.  Which ever suits your enterprise best, we will work with you to call it out during the discovery phase.
